At Polyphony Coaching, we know that our clients are the experts in their areas of work. Our expertise is in being able to listen and observe really well and to ask really good questions.
Our aim is to help individuals and teams to be the very best they can be and grow further, particularly in areas terms of human factors: motivation, relationships, self-awareness, empathy. Having a better understanding of the people around us, means we are much more likely to achieve what we want to, be it meeting targets, career progression or leadership development.
Meet Emily
I am the owner of Polyphony Coaching. I am firmly of the belief that finding the right person to support your needs is essential. This is best done by connecting on a personal level, rather than by accreditations and past career. Expertise in working with individuals and teams, being able to get to grips with the environment you are working in quickly and understanding your work language is really important.
