- Working with leaders to better understand themselves, their team and their context.

- Working with whole teams on how to be their best, understand each other, grow and develop or anything which is important for success together

- Doing a deep dive analysis of the team, partnership or organisation

Emily Fraser, Owner

I’m an experienced coach and Organisational Development (OD) professional, passionate about helping leaders and teams thrive.

I’ve worked with a diverse range of professionals, including Executives, Consultant Doctors, governing bodies as well as new graduates and entrepreneurs. I have a growing special interest in working with those who are neurodiverse and my speciality is working with teams.

My approach is client-driven, aiming to support the individuals and teams I work with to become self-sufficient in their coaching or development journey, with an improved understanding of themselves and those around them.
